What do I have to do?

Paint color, tile color, grout. Vanities and toilets.

We also suggest that we have all material on-site before starting the project.

Why our prices are a little higher than most?

When you look at the construction industry you will see that 50% of contractors fail and go out of business after only 5 years. At 10 years almost 90% of contractors go bankrupt. Why is this ? Its a combination of not managing the money properly and also not charging enough. Most businesses charge the bare minimum just to stay afloat and they don’t take into account when they run into a bad situation they don’t have enough money to cover the losses. We plan to backup our warranties and stay in business, we don’t want to make ourselves rich out of one job but we need to price it accordingly.

We will let you in on a little secret our business model for quotes is the following when you take a look at your quote 50% is for material 30% is for labor expenses and 20% is for our overhead and profit. Most companies leave 10% for overhead and profit.
